"By forming a balanced partnership with my patients and providing them with a relaxed environment in which to heal, my goal is to encourage them to lead happier, healthier and more flexible lives."
My Story
I graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in psychology and was raised in a health-giving family—my mother is a nurse and my father was a medical doctor.
I discovered chiropractic while visiting a friend in Atlanta who was finishing chiropractic college. I was drawn to it as a healing discipline that focused on all aspects of the body by treating the causes, not just the symptoms, of pain.
I love being able to help someone without needing a prescription pad. I don't use a lot of gizmos and gadgets. Instead I am very hands on. I listen to my patients with intent, and try to get their body back to its optimal state of wellness, quickly and naturally.
One of my passions outside of chiropractic is music. Not surprisingly, many of my patients are musicians, stage hands, and industry managers. I live in Petaluma with my wife, Amy, my two children, Josephina and Rex, and our dog, Arthur.
